EGEMEN KARADUMAN

Upon graduation from Bilkent University, Egemen Karaduman began his career in

the year 1997 in the area of fiscal advisory.

In 1999, he joined Arthur Andersen tax advisory team and successfully

implemented and managed numerous international tax advisory projects at Arthur

Andersen and Ernst & Young for a period of more than 10 years. In 2009, he joined

Mega Fiscal Advisory as managing partner.

Karaduman has a deep knowledge and experience in many tax areas such as

international tax regulations, international corporate structurings , tax compliance

and restructuring processes, VAT and transfer pricing issues.

For more than 25 years of experience, he is currently leading many international

tax projects and corporate structure advisory engagements with his specialized

team of tax advisors.

He is a member of international tax advisors community. He speaks fluent English.
